Hay fever can be annoying and, in some cases, quite debilitating. Some people suffer from Hay fever early in the season, some later, but for the unlucky this can come and go throughout the year.
Hay fever is an allergic reaction that causes sneezing, congestion, itchy nose, irritation in your mouth and throat, breathing difficulties and watery eyes etc.
Common triggers include:
- Tree pollen – early spring
- Grass pollen – end of spring and early summer
- Weed pollen – late autumn.

- Aggravation in open air. Better for warmth
Sabadilla
- Spasmodic sneezing with runny nose.
- Fluent coryza worse from odour of flowers

Arsenicum Iodatum
- Nose – Thin, watery, or thick yellow acrid discharge.

Arundo
- Burning & itching in the nose, eyes and roof of mouth.

Wyethia Helenoides
- Itching in the posterior sinuses
- Dryness of the nose with sneezing
