Hayfever

Hay fever can be annoying and, in some cases, quite debilitating.  Some people suffer from Hay fever early in the season, some later, but for the unlucky this can come and go throughout the year.

Hay fever is an allergic reaction that causes sneezing, congestion, itchy nose, irritation in your mouth and throat, breathing difficulties and watery eyes etc.

Common triggers include:

      • Tree pollen – early spring

      • Grass pollen – end of spring and early summer

      • Weed pollen – late autumn.

Homeopathy is a wonderful and safe option to support, giving the individual the freedom to enjoy being outdoors in spring and summer.

Here are some of the remedies I use in the acute stage, grouped by the main symptoms they cover and then individually detailed.

With the correct remedy, Homeopathy works very well in the acute stage. It also has the ability to stop the recurrence, however, this requires working with a professional Homeopath.
